SMC BMC molding for energy/power generation

 

BMC and SMC are used to make xenon HID lamps because they can withstand the high temperatures that the lamps can withstand. Traditional polished metal parts require separately manufactured wiring boards, and thermosetting materials simplify the process for manufacturers to mold terminal blocks directly into fixtures without secondary operations. Due to zero shrinkage and a very flat surface, the two molding compounds can be molded into a net shape. Mainly used outdoors, anti-ultraviolet, anti-aging, high strength.
